How to Order

Communication is most important when ordering a doll. Below is information I'll need to know. Gather your information, and then contact me. For custom dolls I require a 50% deposit in advance. I will invoice you for the balance plus shipping and handling when the doll is completed and is due upon receipt, or credit card will be charged upon date of shipment.

If you would like to have a doll made for you similar to one you saw in the Gallery, that's easy. Just let me know. If you would like some changes (ie: hair color, eye color etc.) that's fine. No extra charge. If, however, you would like a doll in a fur coat or lavish ballgown...that's different. We'll need to talk. I'll quote a price based on a "base price" plus a best estimate of extra materials and hours.

Heirloom Santa orders are special and unique. Please email or phone me with your ideas and the type of fur garment or fabric you have and we'll discuss your Santa.

Shipping Information for heirloom furs or fabric:

• Place your fur garment or fabric in a plastic bag, then into a sturdy box for shipping.
• Include the completed order form and 50% deposit.
• Use any shipping method you prefer. It is difficult to insure your heirloom for the sentimental value, so I suggest valuing the insurance on the amount of the order, at the very least.

When your fur or fabric is received, I will email you an order confirmation, a target completion date, and discuss final details. Current turnaround is approximately 3 months. Your completed order will ship to you insured via either FedEx or UPS ground. (Shipping rates are charged at actual cost of weight and destination. My handling fee is to cover the cost of shipping supplies only.)

Return Policy:

All Heirloom, Custom Made or Special Order items are non-returnable.
Pre-made Dolls have a 15 day return period from date of shipment. You must return it in it's original condition in original shipping package at your own risk and expense (I don't refund shipping charges back to me). A full refund (excluding shipping & handling fees) will be paid upon my receipt of the doll.

Remnant Return:

I will return remnants only upon request. Please notify me when placing your order if you wish your remnants returned. Additional shipping costs may be incurred.
